Summary. You can use Remvya for free to access your computers and to help anyone who asks. Only access a computer with the permission of the person responsible for it. The application is provided as is, and we do everything possible to ensure it works well and securely.
About us
Remvya is developed by RNG Tecnologia e Desenvolvimento Ltda., a Brazilian company headquartered in São José, Santa Catarina, doing business as RNG Desenvolvimento. By installing or using Remvya, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the application.
What you can do
You can install Remvya on as many computers and mobile phones as you like, to control your devices or to give and receive help. Its use is free. If paid features are introduced in the future, the price and conditions will be displayed before purchase, and what is currently free will continue to work.
Only with permission
Use Remvya only on your own computers or on computers whose responsible owner or administrator authorized access. Accessing a device without authorization may be a crime, and responsibility lies with the person gaining access.
It is also not permitted to use Remvya to:
- deceive someone to gain access, such as in fake technical support scams;
- spy on a person without their knowledge;
- distribute malicious software or impair the operation of other systems;
- attack, overload, or attempt to bypass Remvya servers;
- any other activity contrary to the law.
If we notice this type of use, we may block the involved computer ID on our server.
Your part in security
The access password and invitation for each session grant full control over the computer. Do not share the password with anyone you do not know, and be wary of anyone who calls asking you to install a remote access program. If you set a permanent password, choose one that only you know. You can end a session at any time directly within Remvya.
The application is ours
Remvya, the brand, the icon, and the website belong to RNG Desenvolvimento. You receive the right to use the application, without the right to sell it, modify it, reverse engineer it to copy its functionality, or distribute it under another name. The open-source components that are part of it follow their respective licenses.
No guarantee of continuous operation
We work to ensure Remvya always operates securely and reliably, but we cannot guarantee that it will never fail or that the connection will be available on every network. The service depends on the internet connection on both ends and on servers that may undergo maintenance. To the extent permitted by law, RNG Desenvolvimento is not responsible for losses caused by interruptions, network failures, or actions taken during a session by whoever was in control.
These terms do not take away any rights guaranteed to you by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
Updates
Remvya updates automatically to fix bugs and receive improvements. Each update is digitally signed by RNG Desenvolvimento, and the application rejects any package that does not carry this signature.
Your data
What Remvya stores and what travels over the internet can be found in the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page indicates the version currently in effect, and important changes will be announced on the website before taking effect.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Venue is established in the judicial district of São José, Santa Catarina, without prejudice to the consumer's right to seek jurisdiction in their own place of residence.
